The Data Center Design team is the technical engineering team responsible for the architectural and infrastructure design standards across CoreWeave's global portfolio, ensuring facilities are highly scalable, efficient, and optimized to support next-generation, high-density compute workloads. The team governs the entire design lifecycle from early-stage site feasibility through final technology fit-out, establishing the foundation for seamless construction and long-term operational success. Through continuous technical innovation and standardization, they enable CoreWeave to rapidly and reliably scale its physical footprint to meet global infrastructure demands.
As a Senior White Space Design Engineer, you will report to the Senior Manager, White Space Design and support the design and delivery of white space infrastructure across CoreWeave’s expanding data center portfolio. You will serve as a senior individual contributor, applying deep technical expertise to develop designs, perform engineering analyses, review consultant deliverables, and resolve complex multidisciplinary coordination issues.
You will work closely with internal engineering teams, third-party design consultants, Construction, Operations, Network Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commissioning to ensure white space solutions are scalable, standardized, constructable, and operationally sound. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone comfortable working through detailed technical challenges and driving designs from concept through construction handoff.
