Ladders is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, AI-enhanced experiences for financial services. This remote US-based role collaborates with product, engineering, research, and design teams to deliver accessible, user-centered interfaces.

You will drive end-to-end design processes, evolve design systems, and apply AI workflows to improve efficiency while upholding regulatory and accessibility standards. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience and a strong UX portfolio.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr UX/UI Designer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on shaping intuitive, accessible digital experiences that support users across the financial services journey. You will partner closely with product, engineering, research, and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve design quality, accelerate delivery, and bring user-centered thinking into a highly regulated environment. The position also offers the opportunity to apply AI-enabled design workflows to improve efficiency and evolve modern design practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve design system components for consistency and accessibility.
