Ladders is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across the organization. This remote US-based role partners with product and development teams to bring polished designs from concept to execution.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and iterate based on feedback. A strong portfolio and 5+ years of UX design experience are required.

This role will help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that support both customer and business needs across the organization. You will lead the end-to-end design process, translating user insights into practical solutions that improve usability and drive stronger engagement. This position partners closely with product and development teams to bring polished, high-quality designs from concept through execution.
