Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior UX leader to drive end-to-end user experiences for complex products. You will partner with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders to define direction and strategy, transforming data-heavy workflows into scalable, intuitive interfaces.

You will create customer journeys, prototypes, and design systems while guiding workshops and design reviews to align cross-functional teams. Strong emphasis on analytics, research, and mature design practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX experience in complex digital products or enterprise systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and Figma tokens.
• Experience with Copilot or another AI platform and Agile methodology.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, or other data-heavy industries.
• Expertise across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and iterative delivery.
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Experience designing data-intensive, configurable user experiences is highly desirable.

Skills and Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Figma Make experienceExperience with Figma tokens/tokenization is a significant advantage because it supports structured design systems and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with copilot or another AI platformExperience in an Agile methodologyExperience working in enterprise applications within healthcare, insurance, financial services, or any other data heavy industry.
• Expertise across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and iterative delivery.
• Experience translating research insights and behavioral data into actionable design recommendations.

• Familiarity with Visual Studios or GitHub is a plus
