Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of ammonia refrigeration operations experience.
• RETA CIRO / ANSI IIAR2 or equivalent ammonia certification required.
• Deep theoretical understanding of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Strong reading, math, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support all US Fresh and Packaged Meat Facilities as required; work with facilities and project engineering on capital plans.
• Design and implement refrigeration system improvements; select equipment and schedule work.
• Plan and budget utility projects; optimize systems per facility requirements.
• Research new technology and perform load, charge, and relief calculations; lead multiple efforts.
