ZO Skin Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Training Administrative Specialist in Irvine, CA to manage logistics for workshops, events, and education programs. The role supports Training Executives and Sales to ensure seamless delivery and travel-heavy field activities.
Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with 3–5+ years of related experience and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Summary : The Senior Training Administrative Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the FieldSales Trainingteam by owning thelogistics, coordination, and operational execution behind training and event delivery.
This role partners closely with Training Executives and Sales to ensure workshops, events, andseminarsrun seamlessly. The position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by supporting a fast-paced, travel-heavy field team.This role enables our Training Executives to focus on high-impact education, account support, and strategic initiatives by ensuring every training experience is flawlessly prepared and executed behind the scenes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
3–5+ years of experience in administrative, training coordination, events, or operations support Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Skilled at managing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities simultaneously A proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and removes roadblocks for the team Strong communicator comfortable working cross-functionally with field and corporate teams Technically proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and shared project tools Experienced in travel coordination, calendar management, and vendor communication Comfortable supporting a fast-paced, travel-heavy field organization Able to occasionally travel for major events or team meetings (minimal travel compared to field team)
Work Environment : The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpetedinoffice areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor coveringtypical inhallways, breakroomsand computer rooms.
Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial starttimemay vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs.The positionresidesin Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.
Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of forcefrequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities isrequiredto reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols andmaintaina professional and polished appearance.
