Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to build and lead a critical program intake function for Amazon Customer Service (CS). You will orchestrate between business, product, technology, and operations, balancing customer experience, feasibility, and capacity.

The role requires deep technical depth, operational acumen, and strategic thinking to assess both human and automated solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Intake & assessment design for CS change requests with evaluation criteria.
• Partner with product and business teams to design optimal CS solutions.
• Evaluate readiness including architecture reviews and dependencies.
• Develop and execute cross-functional plans with clear ownership and milestones.
• Instrument the intake process to measure cycle time and quality.
