Amazon is seeking a Principal, Technical Program Manager to serve as a strategic execution partner to the Director of Associate Experience Tech within Amazon Customer Service. This individual contributor role leads cross-portfolio initiatives, spans engineering, product, science, and operations, and builds mechanisms to accelerate delivery across a multi-team org.

The candidate will influence technical decisions, operate with high ambiguity, and partner at VP level to drive priority alignment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-portfolio programs end-to-end with multi-team coordination.
• Operate in high ambiguity, diagnose problems and shape priorities.
• Build org-wide operating rhythms, planning processes, and metrics.
• Own the team effectiveness agenda, addressing systemic gaps in planning and handoffs.
• Influence technical decisions and engage with architecture trade-offs.
• Partner at VP and Director level, facilitate leadership reviews and status updates.
