Join Our Team as Sr. Total Rewards Analyst, International!

The Sr. Total Rewards Manager will partner with the COEs to lead compensation & benefits projects, developing, communicating, and implementing innovative total rewards strategies and programs, focusing on the EMEA market.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Total Rewards:

  • Lead analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for total rewards (compensation & benefits) using market insights and industry trends.
  • Conduct market studies to ensure our total rewards programs are competitive externally and equitable internally.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align compensation and benefits decisions with company philosophy and local requirements.
  • Maximize participation in surveys to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Develop tools and dashboards for analytics and recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Provide change management, communication, and training for programs.
  • Develop, implement, and administer policies and programs related to compensation and benefits.

Compensation:

  • Oversee the annual compensation review process for international employees, including system configuration and pay equity.
  • Partner with HR Compensation team for modeling and budgeting of pay programs.
  • Expand international job architecture and create new job profiles aligned with market and growth.
  • Conduct modeling and analysis of pay components for strategic rewards distribution.
  • Lead international compensation analyses, leveraging platforms like PayFactors.
  • Participate in global pay equity studies and ensure compliance with EU pay transparency laws.

Benefits:

  • Review and analyze benefit plan renewals and compliance.
  • Manage plan documentation, audits, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate benefits education and communication activities.
  • Maintain employee benefit data and ensure accurate billing and reporting.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries regarding benefits.

General:

  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:
  • Knowledge of employment laws in the US and Europe.
  • Positive attitude, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems like Workday and PayFactors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
  1. Minimum certifications/educational level:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Certified Compensation & Benefits Professional preferred.
  1. Minimum experience:
  • 8+ years in multinational compensation & benefits programs.
  • 8+ years in Excel, with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs.
  • 5+ years with Workday.
