Job summary

NextDeavor is seeking a Sr. Test Technician to ensure accurate, on-time testing of electro and electromechanical assemblies for production and engineering teams. This on-site role runs 1st shift (M-Th, 5:00am–3:30pm) with a seasoned teammate to transfer critical knowledge and sustain throughput.

Your work directly impacts product quality and delivery timelines. You will troubleshoot analog and digital circuitry, document failures with root-cause analyses, and mentor junior staff while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly/manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, prints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Skilled in test equipment use, hand/tools, power tools, and soldering.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately difficult to complex testing tasks and set up test equipment per specification.
• Troubleshoot analog and digital circuitry down to component level; perform failure analysis.
• Provide detailed written failure descriptions and root-cause analyses to production/engineering teams.
• Train less experienced staff and assist other departments across cells/locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to policies and procedures.
