NextDeavor seeks an assembler/tester to join a small cell team producing precision pumps and pneumatic components for aviation and defense. You will assemble 60–150 pieces per part, using hand tools and measuring devices to meet exact tolerances, and conduct functional tests on finished assemblies.

Working onsite in a US/Eastern, cell-based environment, you will collaborate with 2–3 teammates, interpret blueprints, and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
• Two years of relevant mechanical experience or equivalent schooling.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices (micrometers, calipers).

Responsibilities

You will work onsite in a cell-based manufacturing environment (onsite; US/Eastern), collaborate closely with 2–3 teammates, and deliver assemblies that meet strict dimensional and quality standards.
