Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an experienced trainer for EPS Operators in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on delivering equipment and process training, diagnosing basic issues, and updating training materials. You will mentor operators, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvements on complex production lines.

The position emphasizes hands-on training, strong communication, and collaboration with the production team to sustain high standards of efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experiences with operating production equipment and handling process improvements.
• Ability to mentor and coach production staff on equipment use and safety.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Train EPS Operators on equipment and processes.
• Assist EPS Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and corrections.
• Identify training and development needs through observation and conversation.
• Assist in reviewing EPS Operator performance.
• Assist in developing and updating EPS training manuals.
• Visually inspect production for defects based on standards.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Operate machinery and adjust to meet specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Move materials to the required machinery safely and efficiently.

• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for trainingEPSOperators on equipment and processes
• AssistsEPSOperators in diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct
• Identify training and development needs through regular conversation and observation
• Assists Manager with reviewingEPSOperator performance
• Assists in the development and update ofEPStraining manuals
• Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on Standard
• Monitor product for any quality issues
• Operate machinery, and make necessary changes to ensure product specifications are met
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery and auxiliary equipment
• Get the proper material to the required machinery in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Over 5 yearsEPS Operation experience preferred
• Experience in mentoring and/or coaching Press Operators
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problemsExceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.
