Job summary

LG Electronics North America in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Training Specialist to train Operators on equipment and processes, and identify development needs through regular conversations and observation.

You will assist in reviewing Operator performance, update training manuals, and ensure production quality and safety, with international travel required for training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Over 3-7 years of Production experience
• Experience in mentoring and/or coaching Operators
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.
• International travel required for training
