adMarketplace is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join its expanding Talent Acquisition team. This role involves managing the full recruiting process while sourcing qualified candidates in the tech field. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in hiring top talent. The Role
adMarketplace continues its exponential growth and is adding an in-house Sr. Technical Recruiter to the team. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, the Sr. Technical Recruiter will find qualified candidates that will add value to our Technology and Product teams (as well as other projects as assigned). The Sr. Technical Recruiter must understand how to recruit competitively out of companies within the digital ecosystem. This position will report into the SVP, People.

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
