Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT recruitment, a good understanding of the domestic market, as well as the intricacies of the US recruitment landscape. Proficiency in various sourcing tools, the ability to implement effective recruitment strategies, and leveraging AI for recruitment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for technical roles from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and Dice.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as X-ray searches to find top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of technical roles and develop a hiring strategy.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Keep updated on the latest trends and best practices in both domestic and US recruitment.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) and use insights to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring that hiring requirements are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and addressing any concerns.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and Dice.
  • Hands-on experience with X-ray search and other advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of domestic and US employment laws, regulations, and visa requirements.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and experience using them effectively.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in data-driven recruitment and the use of recruitment analytics to improve processes.
  • Proven experience in negotiating job offers for both domestic and US candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities.
