L'Oreal USA, Inc is seeking a Manager, GK POS Sr. Tech Lead in Berkley Heights, NJ to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for the GK Retail platform, coordinating with Level 3 support and offshore teams.

The role drives the technology strategy for Salon Centric / GK landscapes and ensures successful delivery of Retail IT projects. Responsibilities include overseeing design and build activities, API integrations, and data integrity across GK POS and ERP interfaces, while guiding

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day design and build activities for GK POS application.
Write/update source code for real-time and file-based data exports/imports.
Lead analysis and implementation strategies for GK POS affected by SAP NEO migration.
Create architectural roadmaps and documentation for Salon Centric projects.
Collaborate on API-based integrations to ensure data consistency across workstreams.
Manage deliverables through development lifecycle with offshore teams.
Promote agile practices and product-oriented development across the team.
