L’Oréal USA in New Jersey seeks an IT Architect to lead GK Retail platform integration and Level 3 support for GK Omni POS across Salon Centric stores. You’ll drive technology strategy, define architecture roadmaps, and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Expert level GK Omni POS platform knowledge.
• Expert level SQL Server (PostgreSQL) development including procedures and functions.
• Experience deploying ERP integrations (SAP ECC, S4, P360).
• Strong API design (REST/SOAP) with OAuth2 authentication.
• DevOps experience (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Retail industry experience and ability to operate in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GK POS design and post-launch monitoring.
• Implement real-time data exports/imports for GK POS integrations.
• Lead SAP NEO migration impacts on GK POS architecture and strategies.
• Create architectural roadmaps and comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate on API integration approaches ensuring data consistency.
• Manage delivery lifecycle from estimation to release and hypercare.
• Promote agile/product-oriented development and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and align with global teams.
