L’Oréal IT Applications division invites a Manager, GK POS Sr. Tech Lead to lead technical directions for GK Retail and GK Omni POS across Salon Centric store operations.

You will guide integration strategies, drive development lifecycles, and collaborate with offshore teams while delivering high-quality retail IT solutions. The role requires expert architecture skills, strong SQL/ERP integration experience, and a track record in delivering API-driven integrations in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Expert level in Systems Architecture and IT Project Lifecycle.
• GK Omni POS familiarity is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL Server (PostgreSQL) development skills and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day design and build activities for GK POS.
• Lead real-time data exports/imports integrations behind GK POS.
• Drive architecture roadmaps for GK/Salon Centric projects.
• Collaborate on API-based integration approaches and data consistency.
