Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate
Safal Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact and support our growth by bringing in top talent from the market. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions in information technology, education, and management consulting.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, draft job descriptions, provide strategic talent insights, and deliver exceptional hiring results.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines of candidates for niche consulting and technical roles.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and networking to identify and engage top talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, representing Safal Partners as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as employer branding, marketing, copywriting, and graphic design as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring high-quality candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed, CareerBuilder).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a management consulting or client services environment.
- Background or interest in marketing, employer branding, graphic design, and/or copy editing.
- Familiarity with recruiting in the education sector or mission-driven organizations.
