Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires being within commuting distance to our facilities in Wichita, Kansas; Grand Prairie, TX; Herndon, Virginia; or Mobile, Alabama.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for Airbus roles at all levels, from entry to senior leadership. This role involves developing advanced sourcing strategies, including cold calling and network development. You must understand and embody Airbus’ employment value proposition and values. Your responsibilities include building applicant pools, establishing trust with managers, assessing candidate fit, conducting interviews, administering onboarding, and ensuring a positive new hire experience. Developing recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goals with top talent is primary. All activities must comply with EEOC laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and applicable regulations.
