Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires you to be within commuting distance of our facilities in Wichita, Kansas; Grand Prairie, TX; Herndon, Virginia; or Mobile, Alabama.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for Airbus roles at all levels. This includes developing advanced sourcing strategies, understanding and representing Airbus values, building candidate pools, establishing trust with managers, conducting effective interviews, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience. All activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Our Human Resources team supports Airbus’ assets—our team members—working cross-departmentally and globally to enhance the employee experience.
This is a temporary contract position with no fixed end date, employed through a third-party vendor.
