Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires you to be within commuting distance of our facilities in Wichita, Kansas; Grand Prairie, TX; Herndon, Virginia; or Mobile, Alabama.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for Airbus roles at all levels. This includes developing advanced sourcing strategies, understanding and representing Airbus values, building candidate pools, establishing trust with managers, conducting effective interviews, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience. All activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Meet the Team:

Our Human Resources team supports Airbus’ assets—our team members—working cross-departmentally and globally to enhance the employee experience.

Your Challenges:

• Lead recruitment for assigned roles
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes with hiring managers and HR
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Support workforce development initiatives
• Conduct pre-screen interviews
• Participate in recruitment events

Your Boarding Pass:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing, preferably in industry
• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and recruitment programs
• Knowledge of US employment laws and applicant tracking systems
• Experience with online/social media recruiting and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily remote work with occasional onsite requirements
• Ability to see, hear, speak, and operate office equipment
• Ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed

This is a temporary contract position with no fixed end date, employed through a third-party vendor.
