Kraft Heinz in Chicago seeks a Senior HR Analyst for Marketing and P&P to support NA HR teams and lead data-driven HR initiatives. The role involves partnering with the Marketing and P&P functions, managing HR data accuracy in Workday, and delivering analyses and presentations for leadership.

Strong MS Excel skills, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail are essential. On-site role with competitive salary and bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support Career Development, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Communication, Compensation and Process Improvement initiatives.
• Analyze relevant data to derive insights that advise business decision making and create a sustained differentiation and advantage using insights
• Assist with development of technical analyses and polished presentations that simplify and summarize complicated people issues for leadership or non-technical audiences in a digestible format
• Responsible for coordinating routine meeting decks (ie. MPR, Monthly Ops Call, etc.)
• Coordinate and handle people budget to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials.
• Analyze data and optimally coordinate and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy.
• Responsible for Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance. Owns weekly data accuracy checks and updates in HRIS system.
• Supports employees on general HR inquiries about benefits, payroll, trainings, onboarding, compensation and talent management.

The Sr. Analyst, HR – Marketing and P&P will be responsible for supporting the NA P&P team and Central NA Marketing team under the direction of both Sr. Manager, HR – P&P and Associate Director, HR – Marketing.

New Hire Base Salary Range

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
