Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking an experienced IBM ELM Architect to design, integrate, and optimize the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management suite across DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, and related tools, ensuring end-to-end traceability.

You will lead integrations to Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, ERP, CAD, and MES, and advance Digital Thread initiatives while supporting aerospace compliance with ARP4754A/B, DO-178C, and DO-254.

Qualifications

• Lead the administration and architecture of the IBM ELM Suite (DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, Rhapsody, GCM, and JTS).
• Build and maintain integrations between IBM ELM and enterprise platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, ERP, CAD, and MES systems.
• Drive Digital Thread initiatives to create seamless data connectivity and a single source of truth across the product lifecycle.
• Support compliance with aerospace standards including ARP4754A/B, DO-178C, and DO-254.
• Develop automation, reporting, and workflow solutions using OSLC, REST APIs, Python, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and optimize IBM ELM ecosystem to ensure full traceability across requirements, systems, software, hardware, and manufacturing.
• Lead cross-system integrations with PLM platforms and enterprise systems to enable data consistency and workflows.
• Develop automation and reporting to improve lifecycle visibility and compliance posture.
