Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to lead the Digital Thread for next-generation aerospace development. You will connect requirements, systems engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, and verification data into a unified environment while complying with ARP4754A/B, DO-178C, and DO-254.

The role requires deep IBM ELM knowledge, RBE, MBSE, OSLC integrations, and aerospace certification experience; you'll integrate ELM with PLM platforms and support certifications and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in software or systems engineering tool environments.
• Deep hands-on with IBM ELM, DOORS NG, EWM, ETM, and RBE.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IBM ELM integrations with PLM/CAD/ERP/MES.
• Develop end-to-end Digital Thread traceability across product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain integrations using OSLC, REST APIs, and IBM adapters.
• Establish data synchronization and single source of truth strategies.
• Support configuration management links between systems engineering data and product structures.
