Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Security+ CE certification per DoD 8140 requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems and engineering environments.
• 10+ years configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise engineering apps using AaC and CI/CD in cloud environments.
• Experience administering IBM ELM and integrating enterprise apps with workflow, ticketing, or case management platforms.
• Experience developing automation, scripting, and system integrations using Python, PowerShell, Groovy, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain IBM ELM solutions.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and optimize ELM and related apps in cloud environments.
• Develop and implement AaC solutions using CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Python, PowerShell, Groovy, REST APIs.
• Administer and support databases, authentication services, and IDAM integrations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes.
• Develop and execute testing, validation, and QA activities for reliability and compliance.
• Support DevSecOps using GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and programs in SAFe.
• Participate in Program Increment and Sprint planning with story points and dependency mapping.
• Create and maintain technical docs and operation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teams.
