Job summary

TapHere! Technology, LLC seeks a self-starting, team-oriented Sr. Systems Engineer to support space domain mission applications. The selected candidate will serve as the technical authority for the operational thread.

The role requires translating CONOPS into testable acceptance criteria, maintaining the technical baseline, and ensuring interface understanding through ICD analysis. A clear track record in requirements traceability and lifecycle analyses is expected.

Qualifications

TapHere is looking for a self-starting, team-oriented Sr. Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in supporting space domain mission applications. The selected candidate serves as the technical authority for the operational thread.

Experience Required:

• Translates CONOPS and capability-level needs into formal, testable, and traceable acceptance criteria
• Allocates and maintains the technical baseline for the thread
• Ensures interface understanding via ICD analysis
• Maintains complete requirements traceability within the RTM
• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
• Active TS SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
