Responsibilities

• Ensure secure and reliable delivery workflows and maintain compliance.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain monitoring and logging infrastructure.
• Research, design, and develop software systems with hardware product development.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements to testing.
• Apply CS, engineering, and mathematical analysis to develop software for the target application.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate hardware-software interfaces and performance requirements.
• Contribute to determining, estimating, and validating software cost and scope to meet constraints.

ACTIVE TS/SCI REQUIRED for this POSITION! TapHere is looking for a self-starting, team-oriented Software Engineer, DevOps to join our dynamic team in supporting space domain mission applications. The selected candidate provides continuous support for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, automated testing, deployment management, and container scanning and compliance, requiring sustained involvement throughout the program lifecycle.

Experience Required

• Ensure secure and reliable delivery workflows, respond to ongoing pipeline and deployment issues, and maintain compliance with customer framework and security requirements
• Ongoing support to maintain monitoring and logging infrastructure and to implement iterative improvements to automation and integration processes
• Research, design, and development of software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test of software products
• Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts and principles in the development of software for the target application
• Work closely with cross functional members of the engineering organization to develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, and operational performance requirements and design of the overall system
• Contribute to determining, estimating, and validating the cost and scope of software efforts to ensure software performed meets program cost, schedule, and technical constraints

Eligibility Criteria

• Active TS SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
