Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a part-time customer service associate to provide accurate information to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and support station operations.

This non-driving role requires basic computer use, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and good communication with customers. Schedule is Monday–Saturday, 3:00pm–9:00pm, with Friday/Saturday off depending on rotation.

Job Schedule

This is a Part Time, Monday to Saturday (With Friday and Sunday off) Scheduled Time time: 3:00pm - 9:00pm

Job Conditions

Must be able to complete DG/Spills Cleanup training certification.

Non-covered safety sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
