Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is recruiting for a part-time Service Agent to support Cheyenne operations. You will respond to customer inquiries, assist with information and services, and help maintain smooth station workflow.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, with accommodations noted where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to operate a computer terminal and communicate effectively.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance.

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling company services.
• Perform administrative support functions needed for efficient station operations.

Minimum Education
