Ideal candidates have 7+ years in similar roles, local market experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office tools. Strong leadership and communication across teams, customers, and inspectors are essential.

Qualifications

• Local subcontractor market and industry experience.
• Procore experience.
• Strong computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Procore, P6.
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
• Excellent communication with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and staff.
• Extensive knowledge of construction practices, codes, and standards.
• Ability to read budgets, change orders, plans, specs, shop drawings, submittals, and CPM schedules.
• Understand construction scheduling and sequencing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and employees at all levels of the organization.

Extensive knowledge of established construction practices, procedures, and techniques as well as applicable local, state, and federal building codes.

Ability to read and understand work orders, budgets, change orders, safety standards, plans, specifications, shop drawings, blueprints, submittals, manufacturer’s literature, contract documents and specifications, and CPM schedules.

Understand construction scheduling and sequencing

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.

Thorough and attentive to detail; extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
