Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent experience preferred.
• Data center or mission-critical experience required.
• Strong preference on experience with tenant fit-out portion/trades and sequencing.
• Strong blueprint reading and scheduling knowledge.
• OSHA 30 required.
