Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Superintendent for large commercial or data center construction projects in Reno, NV. The role manages daily field execution, trade coordination, safety, quality, schedule, production and logistics on a 12-month contract-to-hire basis, onsite.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in similar roles, local market experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office tools. Strong leadership and communication across teams, customers, and inspectors are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience on large commercial or data center projects as a Superintendent.
• Local subcontractor market and industry experience.
• Procore experience.
• Strong computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook; Procore, P6.
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
• Excellent communication with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and staff.
• Extensive knowledge of construction practices, codes, and standards.
• Ability to read budgets, change orders, plans, specs, shop drawings, submittals, and CPM schedules.
• Understand construction scheduling and sequencing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field execution and trade coordination on site.

• Lead and direct on-site teams and subcontractors.
