Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead and coordinate luxury/custom home projects, ensuring profitability and on-time delivery. The role focuses on managing teams, vendor relationships, and maintaining high standards across $5M–$10M+ builds.

Required are 5+ years of superintendent experience on luxury builds, strong leadership and client-relations skills, and familiarity with high-end finishes and materials. Competitive compensation and full benefits are provided.

• Projects are primarily ground-up luxury homes in the $5M–$10M+ range.

Job Details

• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule
• Projects are mostly ground-up high-end custom homes that are $5M-$10M+ each

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
• Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Experienced with high end materials and finishes
