Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead luxury ground-up custom home projects, often valued at $5M-$10M+, coordinating teams and vendors to deliver on time and on budget.

You will drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction while preserving profitable project performance for high-end luxury homes in a dynamic, referral-based firm.

• 7+ years as a Superintendent on luxury/custom home projects.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that's on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources.
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule.
• Projects are mostly ground-up high-end custom homes that are $5M-$10M+ each.
