We’re seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial and data center projects in the Reno area. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, and production while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects or data centers
• Proven experience leading large, complex builds
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, shop drawings, and project schedules
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
