Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior design operations and leadership partner to act as a strategic liaison to the Design VP. You will drive communications, cadences, and actionable plans to improve organizational effectiveness and execution.

You will surface risks, shape narratives, and enable informed decisions across design leadership while leading cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery to uphold Design and UX priorities and quality.
