Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking a senior design leader to shape the vision and quality bar for digital experiences across client websites and apps, while staying hands-on for key projects and pitches.

You will lead and mentor designers, building a culture of craft, feedback, and continuous learning; partner with the strategy team on research and design decisions. You will own design system strategy, governance, and standards across client engagements and guide adoption of AI tools.
