Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Roanoke, TX | Type: Full Time (Direct-Hire)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers, conducting transaction reconciliation, analyzing invoices and expense reports, assisting with invoice processing, and other related tasks. The role requires the ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and complete monthly closing and audit processes.
- Maintain accurate records by recording daily financial transactions and analyzing account information.
- Prepare checks, payments, bank deposits, and reconcile credit card, bank, and cash statements.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and income statement accounts.
- Verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, and employee expense reports.
Qualifications:
Education and Training:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, financial systems, budgeting, reporting, data analysis, auditing, taxation, and month-end close.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Business Skills:

- Interpersonal skills demonstrating teamwork, leadership, and flexibility.
- Organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.

- Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal and written).
Specialized Skills:
- Proficiency with Office technologies, including QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Bank of America CashPro is a plus.
- Willingness to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to interpret business documents, regulations, and technical procedures.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.

Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Operate computer, telephone, and view screens over 90% of the time.
- Possess visual acuity and color distinction for report analysis.
- Occasional extended hours and possession of a valid driver’s license.
