We Are Looking For

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting financial operations. This role requires strong attention to detail analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the organizations financial goals.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Prepare and post journal entries ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Perform monthly quarterly and annual account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Maintain the general ledger by reviewing and analyzing transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements investigating discrepancies as needed
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documentation and analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and procedures
• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills) :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 13 years of experience in accounting or financerelated roles
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
• Detailoriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities to handle multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment

Special Requirements :

• U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee / refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
