Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design SSIS/ETL packages to load and transform data from various sources to destinations in specified formats (e.g., SQL Server databases, web services, flat files).
• Design, develop, and support new and existing data marts.
• Troubleshoot existing BI processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements for database system modifications or new systems.
• Support and maintain existing processes and systems.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore development teams to deliver projects on time.
• Create support documentation and cross-train team members on implemented processes.

Must Have:

• Expertise in T-SQL with 10+ years of experience, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and analytics.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SSIS (10+ years).
• Experience designing end-to-end data integration solutions and data synchronization between OLTP and BI systems.
• Experience extracting and loading data using APIs.
• Building custom modules using C#.

• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) (5+ years).
• Proficiency in Python (3+ years).
• Prior experience working with healthcare data.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience scripting with PowerShell (2+ years).
