Job Description:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

• We are looking for a dynamic professional to take on a dual role as Scrum Master and SQL Developer (PostgreSQL).
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PostgreSQL and advanced SQL development, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning of large-scale database systems.
• As Scrum Master, will lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), facilitate sprint execution, remove team impediments, and track team progress using Agile tools like Jira.
• Will coach the team on Agile best practices, ensure delivery of high-quality, incremental value, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.
