Job summary

Prestige Staffing is looking for an experienced Power Platform Solutions Architect in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. You will lead enterprise-scale Power Platform projects, drive requirements, design scalable solutions, and govern deployments across multiple teams to scale from 1,500 to 15,000 users.

You will partner with tax and back-office operations, mentor junior engineers, and stay current with Power Platform innovations to deliver high-impact automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform stack including Apps, Automate, BI and Dataverse.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise app development and governance.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on Power Platform solutions.
• Lead requirements sessions, design discussions, and backlog prioritization.
• Develop functional specs, user stories, and project roadmaps.
• Design, build, and enhance enterprise apps using Power Platform tools.
• Oversee deployments through pipelines with quality and governance.
• Mentor junior team members and review work for quality.
• Stay current with Power Platform advancements and propose improvements.
• Support scaling from 1,500 to 15,000 users and tax-related ops.
