Ladders is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a leader in the Business Services space. This role supports end-to-end Power Platform implementations and translates client needs into practical technology solutions that improve business processes and user experience.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, deliver scalable automation across Microsoft tools, and provide training to ensure successful adoption of the solutions delivered.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Experience in a SaaS or PaaS environment.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer, including custom workflows.

For our client, we are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will support end-to-end Power Platform implementations, translating client needs into practical technology solutions that improve business processes and user experience. You will partner closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and deliver scalable automation across the Microsoft ecosystem. The position blends hands-on development with client-facing collaboration, documentation, and training to ensure successful adoption of the solutions delivered.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually
