Job summary

Turing is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow HRSD to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable People Services solutions in Hyderabad/NCR. This contract role focuses on HR case management, employee center, and lifecycle events within HR Service Delivery.

You will implement integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub, while ensuring data privacy and security. AI-enabled self-service features are part of the initiative.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable People Services solutions. The role will deliver secure employee experiences across HR case management, Employee Center, lifecycle events, knowledge, document handling, integrations, workflow automation, and AI-enabled self-service.

What You'll Do

HRSD Solution Engineering

• Design and configure HR Case and Knowledge Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and employee journeys.
• Develop scoped-application components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub spokes.
• Implement HR service catalogs, assignment and routing models, case templates, SLAs, notifications, approvals, and document-generation workflows.

People Services Integrations & Data

• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HR platforms and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and secure authentication patterns.
• Apply HR data-separation, COE security, roles, groups, ACLs, retention, privacy, and audit requirements.
• Support data migration, transform maps, reconciliation, testing, release management, and production stabilization.

AI-Enabled Employee Experience

• Apply Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, AI Agent Studio, Now Assist Skill Kit, and Build Agent to HRSD use cases.
• Improve employee self-service, knowledge discovery, case deflection, summarization, routing, agent productivity, and service consistency.
• Define measurable adoption, quality, risk, and value indicators for AI-enabled People Services.

Engineering Excellence

• Translate People Services requirements into technical designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintainable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, automated testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrade validation, and technical-debt remediation.
• Create technical documentation and mentor engineers on HRSD patterns and ServiceNow best practices.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

• Relevant ServiceNow Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or AI micro-certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of ServiceNow experience, including substantial hands-on HRSD design, development, integration, and support experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise People Services or HR transformation solutions using Agile/Scrum methods.
• Experience partnering with HR, privacy, security, architecture, product, and operational stakeholders.
