Que Technology Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the GATEKEEPER team to design, develop, integrate, and maintain the product. You will collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps to deliver robust software solutions.

The role emphasizes Java/Spring Boot and Python development, working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and implementing modern CI/CD practices across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
• An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 16 years.
• 5 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive software engineering support across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop and enhance enterprise software using Java/Spring Boot, Python, relational and NoSQL databases, and modern CI/CD methodologies.
• Support product installations for clients, resolve technical issues, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust software solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, process flows, procedures, and training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Java (Spring-Boot), Python, scripting.
• Competent with RDBMS (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Desire would be candidate with DB optimization skills
• Collaborate closely with thetest team, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements .
• Experience working in Docker environment (packaging, development, orchestration).
• H as some experience with AI concepts and tools or utilizing LL M for code assistance.
  • Desire would be a candidate with experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications.
• Experience using front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
