Que Technology Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Developer to build scalable analytics with data scientists and end users.

You will prototype, develop, integrate, test, deploy and maintain tools to operationalize data science within the customer’s architecture. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's plus 5 years’ experience, strong software development, data science, AI/ML with LLMs, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Gitlab and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with software development processes and programming.
• Experience with Data Science, AI/ML, and using LLMs.
• Will accept CCAs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and mission analysts to solve strategic problems.
• Prototype, develop, test, deploy and maintain analytics tools in a customer architecture.
• Work with Jira/Confluence/Gitlab and apply Agile methodologies.
• Develop scalable analytics and data-driven tradecraft for clients.
• Integrate tools into the customer's corporate environment.

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a motivated Senior Application Developer to create custom analytics to perform at scale. The Senior application developer will work closely with data scientists and end users to develop innovative analytic tools to further discovery and tradecraft around critical global challenges, then deliver innovative solutions focused on operationalizing data science.

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Work directly with data scientists as well as mission analysts to solve the most demanding strategic problems
• Perform software engineering to prototype, develop, integrate, test, deploy and maintain tools and tradecraft into the customer's corporate architecture.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, GM, Java, Python, PySpark
• Experience with customer tools, architecture, data flow, and use of big data
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and data analysis
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab; familiarity with Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with software development processes (i.e., requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, and maintenance) and programming
• Experience with Data Science, AI/ML, and using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Will accept CCAs

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
