Job summary

Edelbrock Group is seeking a Director to lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, aligning demand, supply, and financial objectives across the organization. The role partners with Sales, Product, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Customer Service to deliver an integrated plan that supports revenue, margin, and working capital goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, planning, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience including cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated ownership of SIOP/S&OP or integrated business planning.
• APICS/CSCP/CPIM or Lean certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the SIOP process and cadence.
• Develop an 18-month rolling integrated operating plan aligned with financial goals.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings with Sales, Product, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Ensure master production schedules, material plans, and replenishment align with commitments.
• Provide senior leadership with scenario analysis, risks, and investment recommendations.
