System One, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Sr Product Owner to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

This contract-to-hire role requires USC/GC status and a hybrid work model with onsite in Reston, VA 1-2 days per week. You will own the product backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and collaborate with analysts, architects, and engineers to ensure scalable, compliant solutions that deliver real business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/engineering/product management.
• 4+ years as a Product Owner or 6+ years in IT/business analysis.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

LOCATION: Hybrid - onsite 1-2x / week in Reston, VA. Onsite interview.

System One is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role partners closely with business and IT teams to define requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure the platform delivers meaningful value to the organization. Experienced Product Owner who is vision focused to help transform our Customer's business to ServiceNow implementation. Ideal candidate will have ServiceNow CSM, ITSM and / or CRM modules.
