Job summary

System One is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a contract engagement in Washington, DC. The role focuses on design, development, and implementation across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD within ServiceNow.

Collaborate with clients and vendors, gather requirements, configure environments, manage releases, and create business rules, UI policies, scripts, and ACLs. Familiarity with AI integration and Now Assist is a plus; strong communication and reliability required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform or foundational knowledge.
• Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, CSS; exposure to AngularJS is a plus.
• Ability to support one project with focus and reliability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work east coast core hours and be local to the Washington, DC area.
• ServiceNow Certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of AI integration within ServiceNow, including Now Assist and AI Agents is desirable.
• Exposure to system integrations and automation workflows is advantageous.

• Assist with system integrations and support ServiceNow's Suite modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
