Ladders is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer (Integrations/ ShareLogic Unifi) to join a leader in IT services. This remote role focuses on designing and delivering robust ServiceNow integrations that connect ticketing workflows with external applications.

You will build bi-directional data exchanges, improve integration efficiency, and collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, strengthen performance, and maintain scalable best practices in government-facing projects.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of ServiceNow development experience with integration tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with eBonding platforms or similar.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using integration design tools.
• Develop bi-directional ServiceNow integrations with endpoint apps.
• Create reusable integration templates to speed onboarding.
• Analyze integration logs and participate in test case execution.
• Monitor integration health and resolve failed messages.
• Support upgrades through regression testing and maintain docs.
• Maintain integration documentation and best practices.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer (Integrations/ ShareLogic Unifi) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on designing and delivering robust ServiceNow integrations that connect ticketing workflows with external applications. You will play a key part in building reliable bi-directional data exchanges, improving integration efficiency, and supporting high-impact initiatives in a government-facing environment. The position also calls for close collaboration with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, strengthen integration performance, and maintain scalable best practices.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using integration design tools
• Develop bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and various endpoint applications
• Create reusable integration templates to expedite onboarding
• Participate in test case execution and analyze integration logs
• Monitor integration health and resolve issues with failed messages
• Support upgrades by regression-testing integrations
• Maintain integration documentation and adhere to best practices

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools
• Hands-on technical knowledge in ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
• Experience with eBonding integration platforms or similar solutions
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and the ServiceNow data model
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus
• Working knowledge of B2B/multi-vendor integration domain
